To get your orders to you as fast as possible, we have a restricted the time frame to change or cancel orders.

• 20 minutes to change or cancel your order
  • Note: Cancel/Change timeframes are based on typical processing times. You may sometimes face shorter or longer change/cancel time based on actual processing.

Once your order has been submitted, you may have 20 minutes to change some info:

Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number

Add additional or removing items

The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed: You may cancel your order

Payment method, name, address, email, or phone number

You can use the number provided in order confirmation email or invoice.

Each order is exceptional, therefore reasons for cancellation or delay may fluctuate. As a result, reasons include, but are not limited to:

• Quantity of items ordered
• The address and phone number provided does not match what your bank has on file (Your bank may not approve your purchase)

After your order has shipped, we will email the tracking number, so you track the order on the carrier's website.

Note: It may take 48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites

Get free shipping with a minimum of $50. 00 purchase if living in the U.S. only.

The Ultimate Ocean understand sometime things happen, but wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the item is the same way, it was ship. You have an easy 90-day return policy for all items if you have a receipt. However, if the items were open for any reason, you may get an exchange only with 15 days of purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days once we receive the product to process your return and credit any funds on your original form of payment.

IS THERE A RETURN FEE?

The Ultimate Ocean return shipping is free. For all our customers, but if you use our pre-paid return label, the costs of return shipping is $9.50 for any number of items and will be subtracted from your refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

Exchanges can only be done if you want to buy the same item in a different size or color. Otherwise, please due a refund once approve place a new  order.
